Air Force Previs – May 2009

Mass Market hired me to created this previs for director Phil Joanou’s Air Force CSAR 30 second commercial. I Started, by creating an animatic from the storyboard images. It is important to workout the timing in this first pass. For this particular spot, I cut out a number of boards that otherwise would run long in the edit. For this commercial, the first 21 seconds is previs for CG. The following 6 seconds are live action and did not require previs but did need the animatic for timing. The last 3 seconds are for the end tag and did not need to be shown.
